Rainbow Barrel Tumbling Roll

When playing on the Rainbow Barrel, children will naturally gravitate to climbing through and on top of the therapy equipment. This activity promotes spatial awareness and vestibular stimulation. Clients can develop their sense of balance while sitting on top of the barrel. Also, the therapist can sit inside of the barrel while the client pushes, providing heavy work that helps integrate the senses.

The Rainbow Barrel can be used as a prop while playing games that will challenge the child to move. Games and activities include running races, tossing beanbags and balls into the middle of the Rainbow Barrel while it is rolling.
