About this product

The CoscoFitness AC 350 treadmill for home is a motorised treadmill designed for indoor walking, jogging and running workouts.

It uses a 1.75 HP AC continuous motor with a listed 3.5 HP peak output. In simple terms, continuous power is the output the motor is designed to provide during normal operation.

In addition, the treadmill offers speeds from 0.8 to 16 km/h, 15-level auto incline and 12 built-in workout programs. Therefore, household users can change both speed and incline as their workout needs change.

However, workout intensity should match the user's fitness and health. Therefore, beginners should start slowly rather than immediately using high speed or incline.

CoscoFitness AC 350 Treadmill for Home – Key Features

1.75 HP AC Motor Uses a 1.75 HP continuous AC motor with a listed 3.5 HP peak output.

0.8–16 km/h Speed Supports walking, jogging and faster running workouts according to ability.

15-Level Auto Incline Change the running angle electronically to vary workout difficulty.

5-Inch LCD View time, speed, distance, pulse, calories, body-fat value and incline.

Foldable Frame The folding design can help reduce the floor space needed when not in use.

130 kg User Capacity Cosco lists a maximum user weight of 130 kg for the AC 350.

Cosco AC 350 Treadmill with AC Motor

The Cosco AC 350 treadmill uses an AC motor rather than a small basic walking-pad motor.

The official specification lists 1.75 HP continuous power and 3.5 HP peak power.

Therefore, users can select different speeds for walking, jogging or running within the listed 0.8–16 km/h range.

However, speed should increase gradually. In particular, new users should first become comfortable with the belt movement and controls.

Auto Incline Treadmill with 15 Levels

The auto incline treadmill provides 15 incline levels.

Auto incline means the treadmill changes the running-deck angle through its controls instead of requiring manual adjustment.

For example, users can add incline without simply increasing running speed. As a result, they can vary the workout in another way.

However, a steeper incline also makes exercise harder. Therefore, choose the level according to fitness and comfort.

CoscoFitness AC 350 Treadmill Running Area

The treadmill uses a running belt measuring approximately 457 × 1400 mm.

Therefore, users have a defined walking and running surface for indoor workouts.

Before using the treadmill, stand in the correct position and become familiar with its controls. In addition, keep the surrounding area free from objects that could interfere with exercise.

5-Inch LCD Display on the Cosco AC 350 Treadmill

The Cosco AC 350 treadmill includes a 5-inch LCD screen for workout tracking.

The official specification lists time, speed, distance, pulse, body fat and incline among the displayed values.

Therefore, users can view key workout information while exercising.

However, pulse, calorie and body-fat values from fitness equipment should be treated as general exercise information rather than medical measurements.

CoscoFitness AC 350 Treadmill with 12 Workout Programs

The treadmill includes 12 built-in workout programs.

Therefore, users can select a prepared routine when they want more variety than manual speed control alone.

Meanwhile, users who prefer a simpler workout can control their exercise according to their own pace.

Smart Treadmill with Bluetooth and Fitness Apps

The AC 350 also supports Bluetooth and USB connectivity.

In addition, Cosco lists compatibility with Zwift, Kinomap and FitShow.

These apps may add digital workout or tracking features. However, available functions can depend on the app version, phone and account setup.

Foldable Treadmill for Home Exercise

The foldable home treadmill can reduce the space used by the machine when you are not exercising.

However, the AC 350 is still substantial fitness equipment and weighs 65 kg. Therefore, measure the planned workout and storage area before ordering.

In addition, keep enough clear space around the treadmill for safe access.

Shock Absorption on the CoscoFitness AC 350

Cosco describes the AC 350 as having additional shock absorbers.

These parts are intended to help manage impact while the user walks or runs on the moving belt.

However, we would not describe the treadmill as preventing knee injury or guaranteeing joint protection. Instead, users with existing knee, ankle, hip or back problems should choose exercise intensity according to professional advice.

CoscoFitness AC 350 Treadmill Safety Features

The AC 350 includes an emergency stop function.

Therefore, users should become familiar with the safety control before beginning a workout.

In addition, start the treadmill at a low speed and increase the pace only after you feel stable and comfortable.

CoscoFitness AC 350 Treadmill for Home – Safety Tips

First, place the treadmill on a firm and level surface.
Next, learn how the emergency stop works before exercising.
In addition, start at a slow speed before increasing your pace.
Also, wear suitable footwear and keep the running belt area clear.
Meanwhile, increase incline gradually rather than making sudden large changes.
However, stop exercising if you feel chest pain, severe dizziness, unusual breathlessness or significant pain.
Moreover, seek professional advice before exercise if you have an important health condition or are recovering from surgery.
Finally, do not exceed the listed 130 kg maximum user weight.
